At Cognito, we don’t use a one-size-fits-all methodological formula; we often combine different methods in response to your specific needs and objectives. The consumer isn’t one-dimensional; our approach to understanding them shouldn’t be either.
In planning and executing research, we:
- obtain a complete understanding of the information and insights your business requires, in the process uncovering questions and objectives you might not have considered
- offer a customized approach to each project we propose to carry out
- execute the fieldwork, with an ability to adjust and adapt to changes in scope or objectives in order to arrive at the richest insights
- develop the final analysis and reporting in conjunction with your needs and expectations

Qualitative research is Cognito’s specialty. It’s how we’ve come to be known, yet we also have quantitative expertise. When a project calls for a combination of qualitative and quantitative research modes, we have the skills and resources to manage it ourselves or consult with a quantitative agency – one of our partners or an agency of your choosing. Either way, we stay involved, guaranteeing consistency and quality throughout all phases of your project.
